NOT A CONCIERGE

First-release notice · Updated October 12, 2026
What we collect
When you sign in with ChatGPT, we receive a site-specific user identifier, your account email, and a display name when available. We store the requests, replies, saved destinations, and business applications you submit.
Who can see it
Approved business names, destinations, services, descriptions, websites, operator names, local bases, areas served, languages, and local-expertise descriptions are public. Business contact emails and application review notes are available to their owner and the NAC administrator. A travel request and its replies are available to you, the selected business owner if you contacted a business, and the NAC administrator. General travel requests are available to you and the NAC administrator.
How it is used
We use this information to operate the directory, review listings, and support conversations. This release does not send marketing emails, process payments, or send your messages to an AI model. Email notifications are not connected.
Hosting and external services
The service uses OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare hosting and database infrastructure. ChatGPT handles sign-in. Destination photographs load from Unsplash, which receives the technical information needed to deliver them, such as your IP address. We have not added advertising analytics or session-recording tools. Authentication uses cookies needed for sign-in.
Your choices
You can delete your own requests and their replies from the dashboard, remove saved destinations, and withdraw your business listing. Submitted records are otherwise retained while this service operates unless you request removal. For removal of business records or other stored information, send a message through Contact. Requests to the team require sign-in.
A note on your messages
Please do not submit passport details, payment card data, health records, or other sensitive documents. Keep inquiries to the information needed to discuss your trip.
